From November 11 to 13, the tenth edition of the Congrès des Microbrasseries du Québec will be held at the Centre des congrès de Québec. Once again, the Profecta team is represented. For this edition, we wanted to create a greater impact, so we created a whole new range of promotional images on beer labels. Our team did a wonderful job in designing ten new images.
The concept for these images is to illustrate how we can give a metallic effect on beer can labels with a less opaque ink impression. This use of opacity gives a metallic effect to the label, as the metallic finish of the can comes out. Digital printing also allows us to print these ten designs on the same roll with variable printing.
This year, the AMBQ is celebrating its 30th anniversary with the publication of their journal “30 ans de développement de l’industrie”. This magazine highlights the industry and its artisans. We are proud to have been a member of the AMBQ for a few years. A mention of Profecta can be found on page 41 of the journal.
