Payment Policy

Profecta Labels Inc. payment policy stipulates that all first order are payable upon delivery. A copy of your invoice will be sent to you by fax a few days prior to the delivery of your order. Once your payment is received, the delivery of this order will be released.

First order is COD

2% / 10 days - Net 30 days

Visa or MasterCard – see the form section to download the required form. Credit card payments must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date and the 2% discount is not applicable on credit card payments

Late fees: 2% monthly – 24% annually

Policy on shipping charges.

Transportation fees are calculated before taxes. These charges apply at all times on orders of $100.00 and less.

No charge for:

Montreal (Metropolitan): order of $101.00 and more

Quebec: order of $500.00 and more

Ontario: order of $750.00 and more

Other Canadian provinces: $2000.00 and more

United States: fees will be estimated before shipping

Customers have the opportunity to use their own transport company or pick up orders collect. Please specify when you order.
